Masquerade will be run at the West Retford Hotel in Retford in Nottinghamshire. The hotel is an elegant 18th century manor house set in three acres of lawns and gardens and provides the privacy required to encourage players to be able to dress in character without fear of embarrassment. The hotel possesses a separate dining room and bar area serving a wide range of dishes. Single and double rooms are available with full amenities.

The event room rate is £tbc per person per night with a £tbc per person per night supplement for single occupancy. This rate will applies from Thursday 17th until Sunday 20th if you wish to come up early or stay over until the Monday.
All bookings will be administered centrally by UK Freeforms. On the registration form you will be able to select the nights and room type you require. If possible please provide credit card details on the registration form so that we can pass these to the hotel to secure your room booking.
If you would prefer not to put your credit card details on the registration form, please still complete the accommodation part of the form, and then once your room booking has been sorted, you will need to contact the hotel directly to provide them with the necessary information.
Credit card details will only be used for securing the room booking with the hotel, they will not be used for any other purpose. You may choose how to settle your account with the hotel at the end of the event.
